On December 1, 2020, St. Vincent’s transitioned to a new patient portal, MyChart Plus. Now, with one log in you’ll access both hospital and doctor’s office records. You’ll still have access to the Cerner and Athena portals (see links below) but you’ll need to set up a new MyChart Plus account starting 12/1/2020.
