The other day I (Tech) was in the pharmacy and overheard our RxM talking to the floater about a customer complaint. I asked what was going on and they said that a patient signed up for a Shingles shot and was accidently given a COVID shot. As an immunizing tech I was horrified.
I've already had people come in pissed off that the pharmacy is closed. I get that it's frustrating but they are adults, they should've planned ahead. It's not like labor day is a new thing. The pharmacy has been closing on labor day for years now.
