Lost my lab results

After visiting their office, they gave me a card and told me to call the lab after two weeks to find my pep results. The lab then told me there was nothing turned in to them.... Well what a waste of the visit... First time, yet last time...

Outstanding Doctor

Dr. Chadwick delivered both of my boys. She is a great doctor and very compassionate. My first son was born premature due to my preclampsia. If it wasn't for the promptness and expertise of Dr. Chadwick, my son and I may not would have made it.
