In addition to programs designed to educate patients about their medical conditions, medical procedures and tips on how to manage chronic illness, Emmi also has decision aid programs .These programs are useful when there is more than one way to treat a condition, or you have a choice whether or not to have a medical test.

Emmi programs are designed to help you and can be viewed in the comfort of your own home or anywhere that has internet access. Each program takes about 20 minutes to watch and you can share them with your family and friends.

There are several ways in which you may be contacted to view an Emmi program. An email may be sent directly from Emmi to you with a link and an access code or you may receive a phone call from Emmi with an access code.

If you are receiving services from Dartmouth-Hitchcock Psychiatric Associates (DHPA), you will no longer receive a separate bill for services. If you have questions about a bill or services provided prior to July 1, 2016, please call 603-653-9146 for assistance.

Accessing D-Hconnect through Citrix

D-Hconnect is accessed through a secure web portal, allowing you access with only the freely downloadable Citrix Receiver client for you or your IT department to install.

Your user name is the email address you have associated with your account.

Transcript questions

To access your transcript, log into the Continuing Education for Professionals Application. Once logged in, select the Online Transcripts option on the left menu. For detailed instructions, see the Instructions for Accessing Online Transcripts (PDF).

Registration questions

At this time, registration for all of our programs is performed online, by credit card only. D-H employees should pay with a personal credit card and request reimbursement through the electronic reimbursement system (eTravel).

Online credit claiming

Many programs require attendees to complete an online evaluation in order to claim credit. The process only takes a few minutes, and once complete credits/contact hours will immediately be applied to your transcript.
