Insurance Enrollment Assistance

Need help navigating Medicaid or Medicare? We provide free assistance in enrolling in both of these plans. Personal Hygiene Closet

AxessPointe’s Personal Hygiene Closet provides patients with everyday personal items they need to feel their best. Soap, shampoo, toothpaste and toothbrushes, toilet paper, and many more types of toiletries are available currently at our Arlington and Barberton offices. We are in the process of opening a hygiene closet at our Kent location as well.

Food Pantry

AxessPointe currently has two food pantries on site at our Arlington and Barberton locations, and an additional pantry will be added at our Kent office in early 2022.

In addition to these services, our Community Health Workers (CHWs) can connect our patients with other resources such as transportation assistance, housing needs, and utilities.
