Medical Clinic provides diagnosis, treatment, prevention, promotion and education services to students.
Insurance is not required and there are no copays for visits. Occasionally, students may be charged a small fee for prescriptions or on-site testing, which is billed to the student account. Students are never asked to make any payments out-of-pocket.

The Medical Clinic charges a $15 missed-appointment fee to patients who miss more than two appointments. If circumstances prevent you from keeping an appointment, a phone call to cancel can help you avoid incurring the fee. Health insurance companies do not pay this fee.
Medical Clinic has established contracts with many major health insurance plans. Students with these insurance plans can have their charges billed directly by presenting a valid insurance card with policy information.
Exchange students who are not seeking a degree and those who will be here only for a short time, are also required to purchase university health insurance.
