My Patient Solutions ®. My Patient Solutions is an online tool to help you enroll and manage your Genentech Access Solutions service requests. It allows you the flexibility to work with Genentech Access Solutions when it’s convenient for you.

Can I sign up for the new patient payment solutions?

Welcome to the NEW Patient Payment Solutions. This section is for administrative use and is not available for patient use. If you are a health care professional and have not established an account, please click here to sign up.

How do I login to the patient portal?

Click the Patient Portal link, either in the e-mail you received or at the link listed above. Your username will be your e-mail address. Your password will be randomly generated and available in the e-mail we sent you. Please use caution when accessing your private documents online.

Enroll and re-enroll patients

Enroll and re-enroll your patients in Genentech Access Solutions or the Genentech Patient Foundation.

Communicate with your Genentech Access Solutions Specialist

Send messages to your Genentech Access Solutions Specialist and receive responses within the system.

Follow up on prior authorizations (PAs) or appeals

Download the PA form (if available) and request that Genentech Access Solutions follow up with the health insurance plan on behalf of the patient.
