How secure is the patient portal?

The Patient Portal is stored on a secure server and communications with the server are encrypted. However, be aware that no encryption method can be guaranteed to be unbreachable.

Nichole is a board certified family nurse practitioner and enjoys providing primary care for patients across the lifespan. Gina is a licensed practical nurse who has a passion for helping others achieve wellness through setting and reaching their goals related to health, education and family. She has an empathetic and compassionate patient centered approach and is honored to be an integral team member in your health.

Enrollment Invitation – ShorePoint Health Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda will send an email to the email address you provided upon registration to the hospital. Follow the instructions in that message to create your account.
