The 21st Century Cures Act is a recent federal mandate that expands access to medical information. Pursuant to the Cures Act, Nuvance Health will release most test results (excluding genetics) and provider notes through the patient portal as soon as they are available.

How long does it take to schedule an appointment with MyNAHealthcare?

On MyNAHealthcare, patients may schedule online appointments for sick visits. If you’re sick and need to be seen within 24-48 hours , you can schedule an appointment through the patient portal at one of our five primary care clinics. This applies to adult sick visits only.

Welcome to Hancock Health’s patient portal. From here you can log in to your account to easily access your information, view and request appointments, see your health history and test results, send secure messages to your Hancock Physician Network provider, and view your medications online.

HealthConnect Family Accounts

We can create Family Accounts by enrolling a parent, guardian, or spouse as a Portal User, then attaching the children/spouse/senior parents to that account, provided we have a portal proxy form on file.
