What is the patient portal and how does it work?

The Patient Portal is an online platform that allows patients to view portions of their medical record, request refills and referrals, and ask their provider questions. The portal is interactive, so when a patient asks a question, the portal places it directly into the patient’s chart for the provider to review.

Are there different patient portal links for East and west side health centers?

We are one organization, but as we work to unify our systems and workflows, our East and West side health centers are using different patient portal links. Please use the buttons below to access your patient portal based on your health center location.

What is Sadler Health Center?

Founded in 1921, Sadler Health Center, provides accessible primary care, behavioral health and dental services to insured, uninsured and underinsured individuals at two locations: Carlisle and Loysville.

Who are the medical staff at Sadler?

Katrina Thoma, Director of Medical Services at Sadler, is certified in pediatric primary care and specializes in pediatric congenital heart defects and intensive care. Dr. Gordon Miller, Family Physician at Sadler, provides family care.

Is there a paper document required to access the patient portal?

This system is paperless and patient information will be accessible via the portal. If a paper document is required or you wish to delete your patient portal account, please contact 619-662-4100.
