What is the main line health MyChart portal?

The Patient Portal allows you to take charge of managing your health. Use the search function below to access the correct Patient Portal. Type your provider's name or the name of the location where you receive care. Once you see the name, click on it. An "ACCESS PATIENT PORTAL" button will populate. Click that button to reach your Patient Portal.

How do I contact Main Line Health customer support?

Access your medical records quickly and easily. Simply choose My Clinic Chart for your clinic records or My Hospital Chart for information relating to hospital stays. To sign up for the patient portal, or if you have questions please call 320-532-2350.

What does MLH stand for?

My Main Line Health Chart is an internet application that allows a patient to have web-based access to portions of their Main Line Health (MLH) electronic medical record. My Main Line Health Chart also allows a convenient communication channel with MLH for non-urgent messages. Use of the My Main Line Health Chart service is optional.
