Received a bill for a No-show appt. I called to get my son rescheduled. When I called I asked if they do reminder calls, I was told sometimes...Really that is your answer. I had booked this appointment like 4 weeks ago and a reminder call would have been helpful so to not miss it.

Poor Service

Unbelievably poor service. Gave us the wrong address to their own office. I guess it is easier for them to charge cancelation fees if they send us to the wrong place. Had to miss my son's first appointment as I had to drop off the wife to make it inside in a reasonable time. Staff is rude and arrogant on the phone.

Great Doctor

Dr Robbins is a wonderful doctor that treats her patients with kindness and wisdom. She has been our family pediatrician for nearly twenty years.
