Resetting Password on Athena Patient Portal
To reset the Portal password, use the 'Forgot your Password' link located in the log-in box of the Portal Home page. Enter the email account registered in the Portal, and the verification code. Click on . Provide the answer to the secret question provided during the creation of the Portal account and click on .
If you forget your password, you will need to verify your username, date of birth and zip code. If you do not know any of the information below or you are having trouble recovering your password, contact the MyChart helpdesk (503) 494-5252. Their hours are from 7:00 AM-6:00 PM Monday-Friday.
