You'll always be treated by a licensed provider from Prisma Health. We can't guarantee that you'll be treated by your doctor. We will always add your Prisma Health eVisit information to your medical record and make sure your doctor sees what care you're receiving.
Yes. You will also get a summary of your condition and a treatment plan to help you feel better.
No. If we can't treat you through a Prisma Health eVisit, there's no charge and the system will guide you to schedule an appointment.
