The Main Practice phone lines will be closed for staff training on Thursday 3 rd Feb between 1pm-2pm. We can still be contacted through our online Klinik system during this time and the practice will remain open for general enquires and prebookable appointments.
Our telephone system records all telephone calls. Recordings are retained for up to three years, and are used periodically for the purposes of seeking clarification where there is a dispute as to what was said and for staff training. Access to these recordings is restricted to named senior staff.

Faster Results: Tests and reports are now available as soon as they are finalized. Prior to this, some laboratory results and imaging reports were not available immediately after they were finalized. This change means that you may see test results before your care team is able to review them.
