It gives you access to most of your medical records on your desktop computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone 24 hours a day. *Note that some medical records may only be available through our hospital Medical Records office.

Request Copies of Your Medical Records

Certified Birth Certificates

When a child is born at Medical City McKinney we submit the Birth Certificate information to the Bureau of Vital Statistics. Certified Birth Certificates can only be obtained through the Bureau of Vital Statistics, which is part of the Texas Department of State Health Services. The hospital does not have a certified copy on file.

Our Transfer Center offers specialty transport teams to provide high-risk patient transport into the Medical City Healthcare hospital system.
