To Create Your Account

To access the patient portal, a Dayton Gastroenterology staff member must have already provided you with a unique token ID number, which is used to initially create the account. Once you have a security token ID number, click on the green Patient Portal button and follow the steps to log into Dayton Gastro’s NextGen Patient Portal.

The Patient Portal provides secure access to view parts of your medical record, enables communication with our practice using secure messaging, and allows you to request an appointment or prescription refills and review your account information online.
