To enjoy features that make it easy to engage with us, you will need to create a MyOchsner Patient Portal account if you do not already have one from a previous Ochsner visit outside of Ochsner Lafayette General. MyOchsner patient portal offers personalized and secure online access to your medical records.
Previous Portal Users will need to create an account with MyHealthHome in order to continue accessing their personal health information. Information contained in the previous patient portal can still be accessed by contacting your local hospital. Click here for information on how to do that.
• Minors between 13 and 17 years of age may have portal access for their own results by registering directly for the patient portal using their own email address. Should a minor want to share this access with a parent or guardian, they may do so within the portal application under the "Share" feature.
The patient and visitor information provided in this section will help those entering any one of our Ochsner Lafayette General facilities to know what to expect, how to conduct themselves and where to go. More visitor information is available about what to expect at our partner hospitals and facilities on their respective pages.
