What is patient-focused fertility care?

Educators who utilize MCRM Fertility for fertility treatment with IVF will be offered a special discount. To be eligible, the patient or the patient's spouse must be an educator of a recognized school district. Proof of current employment is required.

To get to the portal, you will first need to select an email account to use with the system. Enter the user ID and password you were given, then select LOGIN. Once you have successfully logged in, a Terms of Use Agreement will appear. Read through this and chose either Agree or Disagree.

Click on the basic demographics page. Please review the information. If necessary, you can make changes and then click “UPDATE” at the bottom of the page. If all information is correct, click “PROCEED.” (The changes will not reflect immediately.)
