The first step is to sign in to your Patient Portal with the provided temporary password. The temporary password will be valid for 168 hours, after which a new one will have to be requested. Sign in to your Patient Portal account by selecting the link shown below. You will be asked to verify your identity.

If you have a more urgent matter please call the office so we can assist you on any urgent matter.
