Eye glasses require a 1/2 down payment when ordered and the remainder of the charge is due when they are picked up. Lake Eye Associates is prepared to file insurance claims for charges incurred at our clinic. In many cases your medical or eye care insurance will cover these charges.

Can you have other family members with you at a hospital visit?
