How to access patient portal?

Log into the HUHS Patient Portal to communicate with your providers, review information that is available in your medical record, and schedule available appointments (appointment types are limited at this time). Who can use the Patient Portal? All Harvard students Members of the Harvard community who receive care at HUHS and are 18 years and older

How do I enroll in the patient portal?

Patients who do not have a portal account can create one by sending an email request to mrecords@huhs.harvard.edu and one of our HIS team members will reach out to you directly to provide assistance.

Patients can quickly confirm their appointments with a single click. The information is sent directly to the center and will update the schedule.

Appointment History

You can view your past and future appointments, the date and time of the appointment as well as the doctor that will be providing care for that appointment. This will give you all the necessary information about your appointment before you arrive at the center.

Registering for Access

Please email hdc_portal@hsdm.harvard.edu if you are having any issues registering for access. You must have a valid name, date of birth and email address in our electronic health record in order to register.
