How do I sign up for the patient portal?

With the patient portal you have secure, convenient online access to your primary care team and your personal health and billing information. During check-in for your next provider visit, ask to have a patient portal account created. Then, when you receive the confirmation email, follow the link to complete the sign-up process.

How do I access my health records in the Health app?

Accessing medical information (allergies, lab results, health issues, immunizations, medications, and other health documents) After you log in once, your health records will start to appear in the Health app, and you will be notified when new records are ready to view.

How secure is the patient portal?

If you are authorized, a family access account can be created that will allow you to access selected family members’ health information. How secure is the Patient Portal? All communications between you and your provider’s office are carried over a secure, encrypted connection.

To preregister, call Hudson Hospital & Clinic at 715-531-6000 or toll free at 800-993-2325 and ask for registration. It’s a good idea to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete the registration process. Check in at the information desk when you arrive at the hospital.
