What is the patient portal?

The Patient Portal is an online website in which patients have access to their Medical Records which also include any referrals from our office, lab results, prescription refill requests and the availability to send your physician a message.

What happened to my previous patient portal?

Gwinnett Internal Medicine Associates has transitioned to a new patient portal. Your previous portal will no longer be updated, but will remain available to view past records, documents, etc. Please do not send messages or refill requests to the old portal, as your provider will not receive them.
