Step 1: Sign up for Health eAccess at your doctor's clinic

At your next doctor's appointment, simply fill out the Health eAccess request form and return it to the patient care representative. You may also contact your provider during regular clinic hours to begin the enrollment process.

Step 2: Set up your Health eAccess account

You will receive a welcome email from HealtheAccess@boystown.org. This email will contain a temporary username and password for your Health eAccess account. Click on the link in the email. After you have activated your account, you can enter in a new username and password that you can easily remember.

Step 3: Stay connected at Health eAccess

Anytime a message is posted to your Health eAccess account, you will be notified by an email. Add HealtheAccess@boystown.org to your safe senders list to ensure you never miss a notice.

Will all of my medical records be available online?

For patient privacy, we will not upload all of your personal health information online. If you would like access to medical records not found in your Health eAccess account, please submit a medical record request through your online account.

What if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, you may reset it through your patient portal account. On the log-in page, select “Need Help With Your Username and Password?" and follow the online prompts.

Can I access my medical records from multiple Boys Town physicians?

Yes. With one Health eAccess account you will be able to access your or your minor child's medical records throughout the Boys Town National Research Hospital health system.

What is the response time for replies to messages I send through my Health eAccess account?

During regular business hours we will make every effort to respond to your online request within 24 hours. Please allow up to two business days for your provider's office to respond. We cannot review messages received after business hours, on holidays or during weekends until the next business day.

No-cost Eye Exams for Students

Students who have paid the Student Services Fee may receive one comprehensive eye exam (excludes exam for contact lenses) per year at Boynton at no out-of-pocket cost.

Vision Services

We evaluate your internal and external eye health, check for glaucoma, cataracts and eye problems associated with disease like diabetes and high blood pressure. Annual eye exams are recommended.

RevaMed Center for Emotional Wellbeing will begin in-office visits at the Boca Raton location starting October 1st

RevaMed Center for Emotional Wellbeing has partnered with RevaMed Primary Care Associates. We are participating with Medicare and in the process of credentialing with all the major payers. However, in the meantime we are offering an introductory rate of $60 per session for the first three sessions.
