Is there a patient portal available for Southeast Georgia health system patients?

Due to the many services provided throughout Southeast Georgia Health System, medical records information is not provided via the patient portal for patients 12 to 17 years of age. Medical records for these patients are available through the Medical Records department on the Brunswick or Camden campus.

How do I make an appointment with a doctor at GSU?

Please go to our patient portal or call us at one of our campus locations to schedule an appointment. You can also email questions to healthclinic@gsu.edu. Use the Georgia State University Patient portal to make appointments, access your health records, immunizations, and communicate with your providers.

How do I schedule an appointment in the patient portal?

To schedule your next appointment, login to your patient portal account, click the schedule icon, answer a few questions and choose an appointment date and time. Fast and convenient. Must be an established patient (seen within the last 18 months).

To get started, visit our Medical Records department on the Brunswick or Camden campus or your physician’s office* to validate your identity and provide your email address. You will receive an email invitation with our patient portal link and account set-up instructions.

Access the Patient Portal on your Healthelife app

You may access your patient portal via the Healthelife app as well; if you are a new user please notify your registration team member or contact Medical Records. Also, you may access portions of your Health Record via an Application Processing Interface (API) of your choice.

We ask that ALL students call us at 404-413-1930 before coming in for ANY reason. TELEHEALTH APPOINTMENTS ARE NOW AVAILABLE Starting April 13th, students can make appointments with our providers using a telehealth option. Is the Atlanta Student Health Clinic open?

The Atlanta Student Health Clinic is currently open and operational to respond to the needs of students from all campuses. However, we are not currently scheduling non-acute appointments in person, such as well visits, annual exams, physicals, etc., in order to reserve our services for urgent needs, such as students who have an illness or injury, and to encourage social distancing.
