Test results can be accessed and reviewed through your patient portal. If you’re having issues locating your patient portal, the portal locator will help you find it. If you’re having issues logging into your patient portal, please contact your medical provider’s office for support.
The Patient Portal is stored on a secure server and communications with the server are encrypted. However, be aware that no encryption method can be guaranteed to be unbreachable. Additionally, if you store screen shots of data on your computer or print out information from the Patient Portal, those copies would not be protected.
To ensure that you are receiving Patient Portal emails please do the following: Add NextMD.com to your contact list, address list, safe list, or "Do Not Block" list. As part of our response to the COVID-19 pandemic, all non-urgent planned appointments have been temporarily paused. We will contact you to advise you if their there is a change to your appointment as soon as possible.
When you have a new appointment booked in our hospital system, for example a first time appointment or a follow-up appointment, you will be sent a text message inviting you to sign up to the portal.
Joining My RFL Care is optional, and patient care will not be impacted by this. If you choose to register, you will have the option to receive your appointment information by post or via the portal. Unless you choose to go paperless, you will continue to receive paper copies of your appointment letters.
If you experience a technical issue using My RFL Care, please refer to the help centre available in the portal in the first instance.
It’s not currently possible to do this through My RFL Care, but we will be providing this functionality in the future. To change or cancel an appointment, please call our out-patient appointment centre on: 020 7443 9757.
