My Health Rec is a great way to view, download and transmit your up-to-date health information, all from the convenience and privacy of your own home, or anywhere Internet access is available — 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We recently added opportunities for additional documents you can see online, such as pathology reports, discharge summaries and progress/procedure notes.

The “Labs” section will display your lab test results. Lab tests not performed at Rutland Regional Medical Center and certain sensitive results will be withheld from the portal (i.e. HIV, pregnancy, and STDs).
Our Patient Portal is free to use. It is a built-in function of our Electronic Medical Record system which is also supported by Cerner.
NOTE: Not everyone will qualify for self-enrollment. If you do not qualify, you can still enroll in-person at Outpatient Registration located on the main floor at Rutland Regional Medical Center.
Once proxy access is approved, you will receive an email invite. You must accept the email invite, which will then direct you to the next step to complete the proxy access. With proxy access, you are able to easily toggle back and forth between your personal medical record, and all proxy accounts to which you have been granted access.
When you register for care at YRMC in Prescott or Prescott Valley, you will be asked these simple questions:
Resetting your personal password is easy. Just visit the YRMC CareConnect sign-in page and click the link for “Forgot Your Password.”. Then follow the instructions to reset your password. If you are still having trouble signing into the site, call 1-877-621-8014 for assistance.
Parents and legal guardians can also register and create accounts for each child through YRMC CareConnect.
