You will need your phone number and the patient’s date of birth to complete the setup and it must match the information provided for the patient’s chart. The email subject line will be “Portal login information from your doctor’s office.” If you don’t see the email, check your spam/junk folder.

The patient portal is a link directly into your child's medical record at Goodman Pediatrics. Through it, you can see an up to date list of all current medications, the active list of medical problems, past history of hospitalizations, surgeries or even information or forms compiled at the recent visit. In addition, laboratory results done throughout the community are available for viewing within 72 hours.

How to get health forms for kids?

Most health forms required by schools are available on your child's portal including health appraisals and immunizations. Just log in and print out the forms you need at any time. You no longer need to make a trip to the office to sign a release and pick up the records. Need something special like a medication authorization or other note? Message the request to your pediatrician on the portal and they can upload the note back to you for download.

Can I message my doctor?

Yes! The portal can be used for communicating directly with your pediatrician. Messages are securely transmitted directly to the doctor through the child's medical chart as part of the permanent record. Messages sent appear alongside phone calls received by the doctor throughout the day. The portal is a great way to ask any non-urgent questions. Because these messages are not flagged for urgency, we still recommend making a personal phone call to get prompt medical advice or to schedule an illness visit. This way we can assess the severity of illness, and triage appropriately. We always strive to deliver prompt, high-quality care to your child.
