First Visit at New Office

The office staff was friendly and efficient. Dr. Murray, always great! My one concern was that I was told it is required to leave a cc, debit or HSA card on file. I am not a fan of doing this. As I was not told earlier, it was waived at this time, but was told that next visit, I would have to leave a card on file. Can this be addressed?
