We encourage all of our patients to sign up for Connect, our online patient portal. An active Connect account is needed in order to participate in a video visit. Additionally, you can access to your medical records, send non-urgent messages to the office ,and take advantage of other convenient self-service functions.
Connect is the patient portal, offering you personalized and secure online access to view portions of your medical records to manage your healthcare. The health information in your Connect account comes directly from your doctor's electronic medical record. For outpatient records, you can ask your doctor to correct any inaccurate information at your next visit, or send a message through Connect to your provider’s office to request corrections to your health record.
Any patient age 12 or over is eligible for a Connect account. In addition, parents can be given portal proxy access to manage their children's accounts, or patients can grant access to their own accounts to family members, friends, or caregivers. If you get an activation message via text message or email, you have 24 hours to respond to it. If you get a letter with a code on it, it is good for 30 days. Also, you can complete the Self Sign Up process without an activation code, and the system will ask you questions to verify your identity.
Any adult can be given access to another adult’s account, by granting portal proxy access. The portal proxy does not need to be a patient. The patient will need to complete the Connect Patient Portal Proxy Access Authorization form.
PatientLink is CAMC’s patient portal. A patient portal allows you to electronically access your health records and other information about your care. Once you are enrolled in PatientLink, you can use it from your computer, tablet or phone. PatientLink is convenient, free and secure.
To get access to CAMC PatientLink, you can enroll at registration during your next visit to CAMC. When you give your email address and a secret question and answer to our registration representative, you will receive an email to finish the enrollment process. After you complete those steps, you will be directed to log into the patient portal.

Advance appointments (not same day) can be made via phone. Same Day Nursing Appointments. Some vaccines, tuberculosis skin tests, or pregnancy screenings are offered through same day nursing visits. If you've been seen before, many appointments with a registered nurse can be handled on a same-day basis.
