What is the CSU Health Network online portal?

The CSU Health Network online portal allows CSU students to schedule appointments, access important health forms, secure messages, and more. Incoming students can login to the portal to submit immunizations records and complete forms. We use the student's eName and ePassword for authentication to this site.

Is the Christus Physician Group Athena portal still active?

As of 3/15/21, the CHRISTUS Physician Group Athe na portal is no longer active for the communities of Alexandria, Beaumont, New Braunfels, San Antonio, and Texarkana. Your medical records will still be available with your physician’s office after this time. We invite you to register for the MyChart electronic patient portal, which enables you to quickly and easily perform a wide variety of actions like viewing and assessing your own medical records, test results, scheduling appointments and requesting prescription refills.

What is the number to call SHCS?

Students who have concerns about their exposure risk or symptoms should call SHCS at 916-278-6461 or their healthcare provider. It's important to call before coming in. Exposure risk is thought to be low and in most cases, symptoms are mild. Patients at greatest risk are individuals 65 years or older with chronic medical conditions. An after-hours advice nurse is available. To talk with a nurse 24/7, please call 1-207-228-9040.

Is Student Health and Counseling Services open?

Student Health and Counseling Services will remain open for students. We ask that you call before you come so that we can provide you with an appropriate appointment and prepare for your visit. We are able to offer phone, zoom, and limited in-person appointments. Please call 916-278-6461.

Is SHCS open on Friday?

Yes. SHCS will remain open for all services Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 4:00 pm. What if I am worried about having been exposed to the Coronavirus (COVID-19). Students who have concerns about their exposure risk or symptoms should call SHCS at 916-278-6461 or their healthcare provider.

The Student Health Center Staff is committed to serving our students and we welcome your calls at 909-537-5241. If you leave a message, please know that phone messages are retrieved between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Friday (excluding summer hours and campus holidays). We are closed for lunch Monday through Friday from 12:00 - 1:00 p.m.. Your message will be returned as soon as possible.
