Telehealth visits can be held using a telephone (audio only), or with devices that have both audio and video capabilities, such as a smartphone, or laptops/tablets with a camera. A secure internet connection is required for video visits. Patients with upcoming appointments will be contacted and offered a telehealth visit. Established patients in need of an appointment may phone their provider’s office or message their provider via MyChart to request a telehealth visit.

Covenant Medical Group physicians have been serving patients of north suburban Chicago for over 30 years. Each is a graduate of the Internal Medicine residency at Evanston Hospital (formerly under the auspices of Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine). Five of the physicians served as Chief Residents in the residency program. Each has spent several years as volunteer teaching faculty for medical students and house staff from Northwestern University and now the University of Chicago. Each is board certified in Internal Medicine, generally defined as primary care for adults.
COVID-19 Update (as of 2/5/21) Covenant Medical Group will not be administering COVID-19 vaccines. On January 25, 2021, Phase 1B began allowing frontline essential workers and residents age 65 and over to get vaccinated.
