How do I access the “mycarecorner” portal?

We have a new patient portal, and you can log into the patient portal by clicking on the SIGN IN button. If you have never logged into the Patient Portal, please call our office at 972-758-5484, and we will send you an email with credentials and instructions on how to use the portal.. After logging into the Patient Portal, please select the location “TDDC-Plano Coit Rd”.
