The Patient Portal website is compatible for use on various devices. In addition to a desktop site, a mobile site with a layout optimized for a smaller screen size is also available. The menus and screens are programmed to be easy to use on a smartphone and an icon can be placed on the Home screen for quick access.

How long does it take for a pharmacy to process a refill request?

Please remember to allow 48-72 hours for the practice to process your refill request. You can also notify the practice of medications you are no longer taking or of any new medications. You can use the portal to notify the practice if you change your pharmacy.

How Do I Sign-up?

Please contact a CHCB Patient Services Representative at 802-864-6309 to enroll. You will then receive easy instructions, including your personal “enrollment token,” in the mail. You will need an email address and internet connection to finish the process at home.
