How do I pay my Cape Cod Healthcare Bill?

If the bill you are attempting to pay has the Medical Affiliates of Cape Cod (MACC) logo. If the bill you are attempting to pay has the Cape Cod Healthcare Physicians (CCHCP) logo. In addition to online payments, patients may pay their Cape Cod Healthcare bill by phone.

What happened to the CCHC patient portals?

Please note: As of November 1, 2020, Epic's electronic health record system MyChart has replaced these CCHC patient portals for Primary, Specialty or Hospital Care. Your health data from these legacy portals will migrate to MyChart once you've seen your Cape Cod Healthcare doctor after this date.

What does a PCP do on Cape Cod?

From annual physicals and recommended screenings and immunizations to addressing symptoms that need treatment, your PCP is backed by the full resources and technology of the Cape Cod Healthcare system.
