How do I access the patient portal?

The Inova Fair Oaks Hospital Lobby desk will call Patient Relations for in-person visitors. The Patient Relations Department is staffed Monday-Friday, from 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. The department phone number is 703-391-3607 or 703-391-3885. For after hours and holidays you may leave a detailed description of the issue on our voice mail.

Accessing the RRC / MRI of Reston Patient Portal: 1. You will receive a welcome email with instructions 2. Click "Sign Up" 3. Enter your date of birth to authenticate 4. You will enter the sign-up page 5. Please update your password, setup your initial reminder settings, etc. 6. Click "Log In" on the confirmation page 7.

Where is Huntington Hill Imaging Center?

The Huntington-Hill Imaging Center is located on the first floor and can be easily found when you walk out of the parking structure and look to the right. The entrance is under the awning marked “Imaging Center”. From the 110 North: Exit on Fair Oaks and turn left.

They can be reached at (626) 229-9339, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Directions. From the 210 Freeway: Exit on Fair Oaks and go south. As soon as you pass California Blvd, drive-thru parking entrance will be on your right hand side (between the North Lobby and South Lobby).
