For heart and stroke-related care, we recommend you seek treatment at either Buffalo General or Mercy Hospital. For non-heart and non-stroke medical care, we suggest care at Sisters Hospital or Millard Fillmore Suburban.

Video Visit: If you are unable to come into our offices, based on your appointment type, you may be able to convert your appointment to a video visit, available through MyBMGChart! Call your provider’s office to determine if this would be an option for you. Read our Video Visit FAQs here.
If you have an upcoming appointment scheduled, you will be contacted the day before your appointment to assess any possible symptoms, as well as other health conditions, risk factors or concerns to determine if coming into the office is a safe choice for you.
