Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center was the first hospital in Maryland with a dual-room intraoperative CT scanner and image-guided surgery system for neurosurgery. The intraoperative CT (iCT) and image-guided surgery system let surgeons see things that otherwise can’t be seen during complex brain, spine and trauma surgeries.
