For additional assistance with the BayCare patient portal, please call (888) 499-9003. *Parents of patients ages 0 to 12 (11 years and 364 days old) may establish access to the BayCare patient portal, myBayCare.org, on their child's behalf at their next BayCare visit.

Does SFSF Bay Pediatrics use my kid's chart?

SF Bay Pediatrics remains an independent private pediatric practice, but we have partnered with My Kid's Chart to utilize the patient portal system. If you would like to sign up for My Kid's Chart please contact our office.

How do I invite a patient to mybaycare?

If you manage the health of a BayCare patient, talk to the patient's BayCare health care provider during their next visit so they may receive a personal invitation to myBayCare. If you provided an email account during patient registration at a BayCare facility, you will also receive an email invitation to complete your myBayCare enrollment.

What is My Kid's Chart?

Our patients can now securely access their personal medical record online, from the privacy of their home or any other location with an internet connection utilizing the My Kid's Chart patient portal.
