Whether or not you sign up for a FollowMyHealth® portal, it not will not impact your care at the Clinical Center and you can always request your medical records directly from the Clinical Center's Health Information Management Department. If you sign up for and/or use the portal, you are giving NIH permission to share portions of your updated medical record (in identifiable form) with Allscripts to populate your FollowMyHealth® portal account.

Self-enrollment is available for East Alabama Health patients who are age 19 or older who don't currently have access to My EAH Record.

Your health care team wants to be available when you need us. Our Family Health Center in downtown Mobile is open Monday – Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. until noon. To make an appointment at any of our Family Health clinics, please call 251.690.8889.
