What is Family Practice?

Family Practice is a board-certified specialty. Family Practitioners are trained in a variety of sub-specialties, such as internal medicine, dermatology, non-operative gynecology, minor orthopedics, psychiatry and many others. This multi-specialty training allows a family physician to treat the "whole person", not just the symptoms presented.
