What is UHS primary care?

Services: Your visit to UHS may include the Primary Care Clinic, where you may receive: Care for acute problems such as a fever, respiratory illness, stomach pain, sprained ankle, skin rash, and minor emergencies. MyChartCentral is a hub from which you can access your MyUHealthChart other MyChart accounts from the Miami area or nationwide, and Lucy. MyChartCentral allows you to easily any MyChart account without needing to remember different usernames and passwords.

How long does it take to get a response from MyChartCentral?

After you submit the form, you will receive a response via e-mail within two business days.

How long does it take to log out of MyUHealthChart?

We aim to protect your privacy and security of your information. While logged into MyUHealthChart, if your keyboard remains idle for 15 minutes or more , you will be automatically logged out of MyUHealthChart. We recommend that you log out of your MyUHealthChart session if you need to leave your computer for even a short period of time.

Who owns MyUHealthChart?

MyUHealthChart is owned and operated by University of Miami Health System and is fully compliant with federal and state laws pertaining to your privacy. Your name and e-mail address will be treated with the same care and privacy given your health records and will never be sold or leased by MyUHealthChart.

Can I update my medical record in Lucy?

You can request an updated copy of your medical record at any time and store it in Lucy. You can also add personal information about your health and choose to share it with University of Miami Health System and other organizations where you receive care.
