How long does a patient connect keyboard stay idle?

PatientConnect wants to protect your privacy. While logged into PatientConnect, if your keyboard remains idle for 20 minutes or more , you will be automatically logged out. Any information you have typed will be lost. We recommend that you do not leave your PatientConnect account open if called away. Always log out.

How old do you have to be to register for the symlink?

You must be age 18 or older, bring a valid photo ID, and must be present to register. Online registration is available.

The information available via Clinical Notes can help you remember your treatment plan and partner with your providers to ensure you have the best outcomes.

Is Concord Hospital a separate portal?

The patient portal for Concord Hospital - Laconia and Concord Hospital - Franklin is separate from My Patient Connect. In the future, the two portals will be combined but for now, patients need to log in to separate portals based on where they receive their care.
