Appointment confirmation emails

To configure appointment confirmation emails for appointments scheduled on the Patient Access portal or in the Patient Service Center, you can update the Power Automate flow that sends these emails, titled CF - Send email for appointment.

What is Patient Access?

Patient Access is a website and mobile app which gives you access to a range of GP services online, as well as access to your health records.

How can I start using Patient Access?

How do I change my password?

Once signed in, select your name in the top right hand corner, select Account Details, then select Change password. Follow the instructions on-screen.

How secure is my data?

We understand the importance of privacy and security and you can rest assured that your data is safe and securely protected. We do not share any of your data and no data is ever saved or stored on any device you use to access Patient Access.

Key capabilities for Patient Access include: 1 Provide access: Give patients an easy-to-use portal to access their health information. 2 Direct engagement: Enable patients to engage through automated chat conversations that hand off to your patient service center. 3 Scheduling and messaging: Let your patients schedule appointments and send messages to their providers.

How to receive email confirmation of appointment?

To receive email confirmations or text updates, ensure the correct email and phone number are entered prior to confirming the appointment. In Appointments, select Schedule new to schedule a new appointment. Select an appointment option. Select Instant virtual appointments to seek immediate care with a care provider.

Can I share a sign in email address?

Unfortunately, it is also no longer possible to share an email address on Patient Access. This is because we use the email address as a unique identifier to ensure the account security and confidentiality.

Can I reset my Memorable Word?

You can reset your Memorable Word by clicking Forgot my Memorable word on the sign in screen once you have successfully entered your password. T his will take you to a different screen that allows you to update your Memorable Word and hint.

Account locked

If you enter an incorrect password 8 times, your account will automatically be locked for 1 hour. If you typed the password incorrectly, wait 1 hour then try again. If you have forgotten your password, select Forgotten Password .
