How do I enroll in MedFusion?

MedFusion allows you to do the following: To enroll in MedFusion, you must obtain an enrollment token from COMG. You will be required to provide an e-mail address for use with MedFusion. Once you have an enrollment token, you can click the Enroll or Login button below to complete the enrollment process.

What can the Patient Portal do for You?

The Patient Portal is a powerful tool for intake, patient payments, scheduling, charting progress and even making co-pays with a Virtual Payments engine. Patients can log on at home and update their records, complete forms in real time and accomplish many other tasks an office may require of them.
