What to Expect at Your First Appointment

When you arrive, please check in at the front desk and provide the receptionist your insurance card, imaging results, medication list and personal identification, as well as any additional documents that may have been requested. Please be prepared to pay your copay at this time, if needed.

Having a patient portal account also helps to eliminate the amount of paper waste a practice produces. Documents, letters, and orders that might otherwise be mailed to you can be sent quickly and conveniently to your portal account.
