How do I get in touch with OSU Medical Center?

You can contact OSU Medical Center’s Medical Records Department @ 918-599-5211 during normal business hours Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. After hours you may leave a message through our MyChart Portal “Contact Us” link – Please include your name and contact number so that an OSU Medical Center representative may contact you on the next business day.

How do I log in to the patient portal?

Log in to the portal using your ONID username and password. New student data is loaded into the patient portal two terms (6 months) prior to your scheduled start date. If you attempt to login too far in advance, the system will not allow it.

How do I validate my parking at the Medical Center?

Parking validations can be obtained at registration or at any Information Desk located throughout the hospital. You must bring your garage ticket with you for proper validation. Free transportation is available for patients and visitors to and from the medical center parking garages and buildings. View options.

What is the OSUMC Epic number?

Should you have any questions, please contact the OSUMC Epic team via email or call us at 918-599-4009. Epic is OSU Medical Center’s patient-centered electronic health record (EHR) that provides a single medical record for each patient across all care settings.

What is EpicCare link?

EpicCare Link is the secure Web-based portal that connects OSU Medical Center with affiliated providers in the community. With approved access, providers, their office staff and regional hospitals can use EpicCare Link to access select information stored in the Epic system about referred or admitted patients.#N#EpicCare Link replaces the use of e-forms that were utilized by affiliated physician offices and provides affiliated providers with the following: 1 read-only access to patients’ medical information stored in the OSU Medical Center Epic system; this is to include lab, imaging and test results, hospital admission and discharge information, consultation notes and orders placed by physicians during a patient’s hospitalization or emergency room visit; 2 the ability to request referrals and electronically submit patient documents to the system; 3 the capability to order outpatient diagnostic procedures and tests with results available in real time, and; 4 access to clinical documentation to verify client billing for coding and charge reconciliation.

How to create a MyChart account?

To create a MyChart account, use the link in the activation email you received when scheduling an appointment. The email sign up links are valid for 24 hours. After 24 hours, you will need to request another activation code from your provider’s office or join online.

Do medical questions come up when a doctor is open?

Medical questions don’t always come up when your doctor’s office is open. You used to have to wait for business hours, leave a message and hope the return call came when you were available to take it.

Does Ohio State MyHealth update automatically?

If you use the MyChart or Ohio State MyHealth mobile app, you’ll see also see layout changes in your MyChart account. If your mobile app doesn’t update automatically, you will need to update your app to the latest version before you can log in to your MyChart account.
