How do I register for MyChart with Osler?

Provide your email address at your next Osler appointment. You will get an email with a unique PIN and secure link to the MyChart registration page. If you do not have an appointment, contact us at 905-494-2120 ext. 58864. Follow the link provided in your email or visit MyChart to complete your registration.
