Available 24 hours a day, the patient portal provides free, secure online access to a portion of your medical records. View your health summary, review your lab results, summary notes and upcoming appointments.

How do I create an account with bravera health?

Enrollment Invitation – Bravera Health will send an email to the email address you provided upon registration to the hospital. Follow the instructions in that message to create your account. Self-Enrollment – If you did not provide Bravera Health with your e-mail address, you can still create an account by clicking here.

BHealthy Now: New patients. Step 1. Download the BHealthy Now app from the app store (Apple or Google) from your phone, tablet or laptop. Step 2. Create an app account, creating a login and password. Step 3. Schedule a telehealth visit. BHealthy Now: Revoke Access to Patient Portal.

How long does it take to log out of the patient portal?

While logged into the patient portal, if your keyboard remains idle for 20 minutes or more , you will be automatically logged out of the patient portal. We recommend that you log out of your patient portal session and close your internet session if you need to leave your computer for even a short period of time.

How to access my medical records?

Step 1. Download the BHealthy Now app from the app store (Apple or Google) from your phone, tablet or laptop. Step 2. If you’re not sure if you’ve ever enrolled to access your medical records, click on "Create an account" and you will be prompted with a Yes or No question. Complete the appropriate steps.

Can you access a patient portal without a password?

Each person controls their password, and the account cannot be accessed without that password. Further, the patient portal uses the latest 128-bit SSL encryption technology with no caching to automatically encrypt your session with the patient portal.

Can a parent access a patient portal?

Yes, you can. This is called proxy access and allows a parent, guardian or designee to log in to his or her own personal patient portal account, and then connect to information regarding the family member. Proxy access can be used to view health records for minor children and adult patients.
